Arizona Residents Angered By Ugly Cell Tower

The FCC is requiring AT&T to put up another cell tower to cover gaps of service in Mesa, Arizona. Well, they're planning to put a tower up that kind of looks like a dying robot palm tree. It ain't pretty, and now the nearby residents aren't happy about it. Hear what they have to say about this cellular fiasco. Would you let something like this up in your neighborhood or is the eyesore worth better cell service?

Pastor Cletus U. Wingfield saw a way to raise more money for Jesus by renting out his church steeple as a Cell Tower. He suggests all church's come into the 21^st Century and cast out all the dead zones across this great land of ours.

We have seen cell phone transmission that have been disguised as conifers, palm trees and who knows what else, but this is the first time we have seen a church steeple (or whatever) with cell elements strewn on it. Seen on I-57 near Fullerton, CA.
